The customer’s website was struggling because it was difficult for prospective homeowners to find it. Despite having an ideal domain name, search engine rankings were slipping. The content on the site was not ideal for Google and other search engines, and traffic was very low.
The site had many design issues that made it difficult to navigate. It also lacked focus, which led to credibility issues with people looking for homes in the Fishhawk area.
To address these challenges, we met with client twice to discuss their specific needs, and developed a content strategy for the site. We implemented a multiple listing service (MLS) system that pulled content for specific neighborhoods, and developed content for Fishhawk Homes for Sales’ specific market segment.
We also improved mobile friendliness and search engine optimization in an effort to increase traffic and usability.
Upon launch, the site generated a significant increase in traffic and inquiries. We helped solve the customer’s search engine optimization issues and their site became highly ranked for terms for which they had never had exposure before.
